Who am I?
I spent many years searching for a professional path where I could truly help people recognize their hidden abilities and inner potential. That journey led me to coaching.
For me, coaching is like entering a labyrinth. At first, you may feel lost — unsure of where to go or what awaits you at the end. But along the way, you begin to understand an essential truth: only you can find the right path out.
My role as a coach is not to lead you by the hand, but to guide you with powerful questions that help you see what you truly want and where to begin.
As you move deeper into this labyrinth of your inner world, curiosity replaces fear. Each step brings clarity, confidence, and self-trust. The exit of the labyrinth is not just a goal achieved — it is the version of you who has grown into the person capable of achieving it.
Having built a career as senior manager in talent acquisition, human resources, and customer service, I’ve seen firsthand what inspires people to perform, engage, and grow. My leadership journey taught me that success begins with self-awareness — and that every person holds untapped potential waiting to be discovered.
